In these wonderful last three weeks we've only had two or three rough nights. Savannah usually sleeps for about 3.5 hour stints. The last two nights she has slept from 9 pm to 3 am! What a difference 6 hours of sleep can make on everyone.
I have a hard time telling if Savannah is gaining weight, but then I look at pictures from last week and I see a difference.
Before we had Savannah, I always thought Tom would make a great dad. Let me tell you, he has blown my expectations out of the water. He is so hands on with Savannah. He changes almost every single diaper while he's home and knows just how to calm her down or get her to sleep. There is no way I could do this without him. He has made this new chapter in our lives that much better!
Savannah loves going on walks with me. We try to get out daily. We recently went to Antioch park and walked the trails. It was so beautiful with the leaves changing. She also loves accompanying me to Sam's club.
We seem to be there at least once a week. She hasn't got the hang of church yet.
The first two weeks she made it to the gospel before she started crying. We just hang out in the back when that happens. Last weekend we started In the cry room and she held it together until after communion. We're making progress!!
Savannah LOVES to stretch out after she's been in her sleep sack all night.
She's already praying. What an angel. Tom says she going to be a nun...or the first woman linebacker in the NFL. I think I'd rather her be a nun, but hey, chase your dreams girl!
Tom's sister put on the second annual Faith 5K in honor of our sweet niece and other babies that have gone on to heaven. We couldn't make it this year, but decided to walk our own 5K in honor of Faith. We can't wait to go next year!
