Cinco de Mayo!

Happy Cinco De Mayo!

It's been a busy week and a half. The first half of our day is organized around naps and then the afternoons are all about mowing and errands. These spring days sure fly by faster than the winter ones did!

My mom's students had their spring sale this week. This was a piece of art that all the students worked on together. I thought it would look cute in Savannah's room. She loves it! I also loved that all the students had a part in this. They are amazing people. Savannah and I stopped by a few weeks ago and you could hear screams of joy coming from the house when they saw us walking up. They truly enjoy when Savannah comes to school!

Kaylee graduated last Sunday and we couldn't be more proud of her! She has worked incredibly hard for the past two years. We are counting down the days until she passes her boards so we can really party!!

The whole Paul Joerger Crew came in town for the festivities. Kaylee and Colby had a party on Friday to celebrate with family and friends. Savannah got to stay up a whole hour past her bedtime (only because Tom and I lost track of time while we were visiting with everyone, oops!). Then she went to sleep in one of Kaylees closets upstairs. Once we got her home, she was full of giggles. Luckily she fell back to sleep pretty quickly.
After the graduation, Savannah and I hung out with Paul, Tamara, Kaylee, and Colby.
Savannah found a friend in uncle Paul!
Savannah has learned how to pull the drawer out that has the Tupperware lids. Nothing is breakable so I let her go for it. Too bad she doesn't know how to clean up after herself.
Yesterday was so beautiful! Savannah hung out on the lawn while I cleaned my car out. This chore was WAY overdue!
Savannah has never really cared for a pacifier to suck on, but she doesn't mind chewing on it.
Trying to get her to look at the camera AND smile can be difficult these days.
Savannah wanted to help Tom check his emails this morning. Such a busy little bee!
