Spring Time is HERE

Some days Savannah is the best shopping buddy and other days she can't stand it.  I always take advantage of the good days.  This day was good!
 Practicing her piano at Grandma's.
Open Gym - She always claims this stroller.

Savannah had her 18 month check up.  It was hands down the loudest, most exhausting check up we've had yet.  Savannah did not want to be measured or weighed.  She screamed.  She kicked.  She let everyone in that building know that she wasn't happy.  Ultimately, they weighed me holding the screamer and then pried her from my arms just long enough to weigh me by myself. (I definitely wasn't expecting to get weighed at the pediatricians that day.)
After all the sadness, selfies really turn her frown upside down.

 We love celebrating birthdays!
Hanging out with her stuffed animal friends before bedtime.
 Yes, I am totally crazy.
Sometimes I go in her room while she's sleeping to take a picture of her.
Lunch picnic on the driveway.
After breakfast, Savannah comes up to me and says, "build".  So cute!
Savannah was having trouble adjusting to the nice spring weather.  She insisted on the hat and blanket, but neither were necessary at all.
Last weekend we got to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette party in Hermann, MO.  It's a cute German town with lots of wineries.  The train to Hermann was a great kick off to the weekend.
 Friends since middle school
My Kindergarten Bestie! I can't wait to watch her walk down the isle in a few weeks!
 Volleyball friends
We went to Hy-Vee for breakfast on Monday to celebrate my mom's birthday.  After we ate, Savannah and I wanted to see if Kaylee was working that day (She bounces around to different stores in the area).  On our way back, Savannah saw this cut out of Mark Wahlberg.  She screamed, "JESUS!" I just about died laughing.
After story time at the library, we got to play with the parachute!
Sitting in her little reading corner.
Learning about the finer foods in life...spaghetti-o's.
Savannah, the movie star, hiding from the paparazzi.
Waving to her shadow is a new past time.
